When playing a repetitive phrase on one string, it’s fun to alternate strings. For example, rhythmically striking the ichi no ito while repeating a phrase on the san no ito. Even more fun is to be able to play around with the timing of the alternating strikes. Today, we’re going to learn a phrase to incorporate this skill.
