This is an ultralight Hard Case for Shamisen, perfect for safely storing your shamisen, or for short travel.
It is suitable for small and medium shamisen, such as Nagauta, Jiuta, Min’yo, Kouta, Hauta, etc. It is not suitable for Tsugaru or Gidayu Shamisen.
Regardless of the hard exterior, please be careful when traveling by plane with it, as the shamisen can still be damaged due to handling and heavy turbulence.
For long travels, please store your shamisen disassembled inside the hard case.
This Hard Case is a super light and convenient way to carry your shamisen (and accessories!) around, while keeping it safe from minor impacts, abrasion, dust, and spilled coffee!

This Hard Case is second hand, with almost no signs of use, and in near perfect condition.
This kind of ultralight hard case usually weights between 1.5 and 2 kilos (3 to 4 pounds).
