Here's some stats about this used shamisen! Wood: Kouki Skin: Hakuho (synthetic skin) Sawari: Azuma Sawari Neck: Tanzao (shorter neck) Brief word about Tanzao: While there is no official length for Tanzao (short neck), they tend to be a few centimeters shorter than full length shamisen. It's really not much shorter, but it's very fun and easy to play because the notes are closer together, and so the fingers don't need to stretch as far. The only difficulty is for players who use Fujaku (adhesive position mark strip). Fujaku is made for the scale length of a full size shamisen, and so the if it's attached to a shorter shamisen, the position marks on the strip won't align with the notes on the shamisen. Includes: Everything shown in pictures (Dou Gomu, Ito, Koma, Neo)

Here's some stats about this used shamisen! Wood: Super high end Tochi (tiger stripe) Karin Skin: Hakuho (synthetic skin) Sawari: Azuma Sawari Neck: Futozao (thick neck) Special Attachments: No-Slip Itomaki The "No-Slip Itomaki" attachment is made by Tokyo Wagakki. This attachment consists of gold discs with threaded screws. When installing, the maker begins by carefully drilling holes into the ends of the itomaki. Then, the threaded screw of the attachment is twisted into the new end-hole of the itomaki. With the threaded screw secured in the itomaki and the gold disc pressed against the zagane (gold fittings), the attachment prevents the itomaki from slipping out.
