Wood: Kouki Skin: Hakuho (synthetic skin) Sawari: Azuma Sawari Neck: Tanzao (shorter neck) Brief word about Tanzao: While there is no official length for Tanzao (short neck), they tend to be a few centimeters shorter than full length shamisen. It's really not much shorter, but it's very fun and easy to play because the notes are closer together, and so the fingers don't need to stretch as far. The only difficulty is for players who use Fujaku (adhesive position mark strip). Fujaku is made for the scale length of a full size shamisen, and so the if it's attached to a shorter shamisen, the position marks on the strip won't align with the notes on the shamisen. Includes: Everything shown in pictures (Doukake, Yubikake, Naga Fukuro, Dou Gomu, Ito set, Bachi, Koma, Neo) -
